According to the type of die-casting alloy to choose the appropriate mould release agent, and ensure that the release agent can be uniform, sufficient amount of spraying in the cavity surface, can be achieved by adjusting the parameters of the release agent spraying device and nozzle position and so on.
Reasonably set the temperature parameters of the mould heating or cooling system, keep the mould temperature in the appropriate range, different alloy materials corresponding to the appropriate mould temperature varies, need to determine the optimal temperature range through the test and other ways.

Optimize the exhaust structure of the die casting mould, can open the exhaust groove on the mould, the use of gas permeable steel inserts, etc., to enhance the exhaust effect, so that the cavity gas can be discharged in a timely manner.
Strengthen the refining treatment of metal liquid, using suitable degassing method, such as using rotary degasser and other equipment to the metal liquid fully degassing, reduce its gas content.
In the die casting operation process, try to avoid the liquid metal surface impurities mixed in, can be used through the use of slag skimming tools and other timely removal of the liquid metal surface of the oxidised skin and so on.
