Cold chamber dies casting machine is mainly used to produce die castings of copper, aluminium and magnesium alloys with high melting points. The hot chamber dies casting machine is used to produce die castings of zinc, tin, lead and magnesium alloys with lower melting points. Compared with cold chamber die casting machines, the hot chamber dies casting machine has a short cycle time and high efficiency because the injection chamber is directly immersed in the alloy solution and the pouring operation can be eliminated. 1. No total pressure in the die casting machine
2. Die casting machine does not lock the mould
After the hydraulic pump starts, press the start button, observe the pressure proportional valve ammeter to determine whether there is current in the pressure proportional valve solenoid coil to distinguish whether it is an electrical, or hydraulic fault.
If there is current output, check:
① Whether the hydraulic pump is reversed
②Check whether the relief valve is improperly adjusted or jammed.
③Check whether the shut-off valve is closed.
④Whether the pressure injection one-speed and two-speed cartridge valves are in the open state and whether the liquid-actuated valve controlling the pressurization is normal.
⑤ Whether the pressure gauge is damaged and the indication is wrong.
If there is no current output, check:
① Whether the rectifier power supply is normal, whether the pressure proportional amplifier board is improperly adjusted or damaged.
② Observe whether the computer is working normally, press the start button by hand, see whether the computer has input at the corresponding point BO and whether the total pressure point FO has output if there is no input, check whether the line between the start button and the computer is normal if there is input and no output at the total pressure point, the computer is faulty.
③Check whether the line between the output of the electric proportional board and the oil valve is normal, and whether the electric proportional coil is normal.
④Check whether the pressure pull code switch is normal.
Check and analysis: Close the safety door, press the lock button (if the mould is equipped, choose the slow speed to avoid crashing the mould), observe whether the lock indicator on the electrical box panel is on or whether the main computer has a clock signal output.
If there is no signal output, check:
①Check whether the computer input is correct. Double hand lock button A2, E15 input, open button A3 no input, ejector back to the bit B7 input, core 1 and core 2 locking action into place, locking action back to the bit, back to the hammer termination, locking termination no input. If there is no signal input, check the external wiring.
② If the locking conditions are met and there is no locking output, the computer is damaged.
If the computer has signal output, check: whether the clamping pressure is normal, press the clamping button to observe the pressure value on the pressure gauge. The amplifier board is normal. Whether the normal slow speed valve is properly adjusted or damaged, and whether the open clamping valve is improperly adjusted or damaged.
