Founded in 1950, Bengbu Longhua Die-Casting Machine Co., Ltd. has specialized in the R&D and production of horizontal cold-chamber die-casting machines, die-casting molds, and die-casting automation since 1982. Integrating design, R&D, manufacturing, and sales, the company’s products have been exported to over 43 countries.

Since 2014, the company has deepened the "industry-university-research" collaborative innovation mechanism. It has established an R&D team at Longhua through cooperation with renowned institutions such as Hefei Institutes of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Bengbu University, and Anhui Science and Technology University. Currently, the R&D team comprises 37 members, including 14 doctoral students (with 4 doctoral supervisors), 12 postgraduate students (with 9 master supervisors), 2 senior engineers, 1 engineer, and 8 technicians.The company has led the formulation of one group standard: Intelligent Cold-Chamber Die-Casting Machine (T/CASME 1608-2024).

At the exhibition, our company will showcase the high-speed and high-precision AI die-casting machine jointly developed with China’s "top-tier universities and research institutes". This machine is supported by 14 national invention patents, 17 computer software copyright certificates, and other credentials, with fully independent intellectual property rights.
